Quince & Vanilla Jam

We have prepared this homemade delectable quince and vanilla jam using our mothers’ recipes. This jam is very reminiscent of the days of autumn when our mothers used to prepare it in their kitchens for a delicious snack in the winter.

Quince is a very delicious fruit, but it also is very nutritious as well. Studies are being carried out to confirm its ability to treat stomach ulcers, reduce acid refluxes and protect against certain allergic reactions.
